  What is sport? Sport is a activities that involve physical training and skills in which individuals or teams compete with others or others for entertainment.In addition, sport has many benefits and is one of the things that can keep the body healthy. Here I will describe the various types of sports that exist in this world. May it be useful for all. Why do we need to play sports? Because physical activity helps control weight, combats health conditions and diseases, improves mood, boosts energy and promotes better sleep. The health advantages of participating in a sport far outweigh the dangers of actual injury.  Thats why we all need to know and learn about sports. Don't worry, now i will show you all benefits and how to join some activity. 

Basketball

  Basketball is a team sport in which two teams, most commonly of five players each, opposing one another on a rectangular court, compete with the primary objective of shooting a basketball (approximately 9.4 inches (24 cm) in diameter) through the defender's hoop (a basket 18 inches (46 cm) in diameter mounted 10 feet (3.048 m) high to a backboard at each end of the court) while preventing the opposing team from shooting through their own hoop. A field goal is worth two points, unless made from behind the three-point line, when it is worth three. After a foul, timed play stops and the player fouled or designated to shoot a technical foul is given one, two or three one-point free throws. Sepak Takraw

 Sepak Takraw, also spelled as Sepaktakraw, also nicknamed volleyball, is a team sport played with synthetic plastic or rattan balls between two teams consisting of two to four players on a court that resembles a badminton court. The sport has similarities to different volleyball but from a similar football game in the use of a cane ball and only allows players to use their feet, knees, shoulders, chest and head to touch the ball.   The modern version of Sepak Takraw was first introduced, developed and standardized in 1960, when officials from Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and Myanmar met in Kuala Lumpur to agree on both general rules for the sport and the name. Previously, it was unofficially known as "Sepak Raga Jaring", which was first exhibited in Penang in 1945. The sport was later introduced in the 1965 Southeast Asian Games in Kuala Lumpur as a medal event. Sepak Takraw is considered the national sport of Malaysia.

Badminton

 Badminton is a racquet sport played using a racket to hit a shuttlecock across a net. While it may be played with larger teams, the most common forms of play are “singles” (with one player per side) and “doubles” (with two players per side). Badminton is often played as an unusual activity in the yard or on the beach; formal games are played in a rectangular inner court.  Soccer (also known as association football or soccer) is a team sport played between two teams each with 11 players. It is widely considered to be the most popular sport in the world. A ball game, it is played on a rectangular turf, or sometimes artificial turf, with goals at each end of the field. The objective of the game is to score a goal by moving the ball into the opponent's goal; only goalkeepers can use their hands or arms to push the ball on a general game. The team that scores the most goals at the end of the match wins. If the score is tied at the end of the game, a draw will be announced or the game will be extended, depending on the format of the match.   The modern game was codified in England following the formation of the Football Association, whose 1863 Laws of the Game laid the foundations of how the sport is played today.
